~Rules #3- Content Rules

These rules will cover the content of Posts, Private Messages, Topics, and even your profile. If you disrespect/violate these rules you will receive a warning if not a ban, depending on the severity of the offense. If you have any questions as to where these apply or if you feel as if something goes against them, we encourage you to contact the staff, preferably me. Feel free to contact us through the Help Center or via PM.

Basic Content Guidelines:
This rule covers any concerns of basic content. You can be sure that these content rules are applicable to any of the posts/rules below. Defy these and it will result in some form of punishment, warning or ban, and maybe some privileges will be taken away.

1. No sexual content is allowed. Any reference to it- even very lightly- or any sexual joke, phrase, or inkling of a sense, and you will be banned. Be it a few days or years or forever. This means IP bans so please do not try to create a new account if you've been Perma banned.
   
2. Nothing too religious . Although I am religious to my own religion, please refrain from creating topics mainly about religion. Picking on someone for their religion is prohibited and results in a warning/ban. You can refer lightly to your religion via profile, but do not plainly state it.
   
3. Bullying of any way, shape, or form is strictly punishable by posting privileges and private messaging privileges being taken away and a warning or ban. You will always be caught in the act. No denying it.
   
4. Grammar and Spelling! No chat speak is allowed. Phrases such as 'lol' and 'jk' are allowed but please do not use them too much. Using smilies(with letters) is okay, but again please refrain from using them too much. Please use spell check before you post your post. Minor errors like 'teh' instead of 'the' are not allowed. Re read your posts before you posts them! This will also help correct care less mistakes like double words.
   
5. Basic rules. If any of you people here have been on a forum before, I vouch you have knowledge of basic forum rules? Follow those along with these ones.

Posting Content:
Posting Content is very important! First of all, the content of your post has to be relevant to the topic, whether it be the first post or the 300 post. These posts must be at least one full sentence long. Unless it is a number game where you count, or something else(private message me if you still do not understand). It is also important that your Post Content must follow the first rule of this topic, the Basic Content rules.

Topic Content:
Topic Content is similar to things said in Posting Content and so on. First off if all chat in the topic is deemed as breaking the above rules, then the topic will be locked. As or the title, your Topic title cannot be too long, cannot have elaborate patterns and symbols, no chat speak, and absolutely do not alternate between caps and normal text like tHiS. Also this rule abides by the Basic Content rules.

Private Message Content:
There is nothing we cannot do to stop you from sending rude Private Messages. We can, however, go into your account and personally delete all and any rude Private Messages. The Private Messages must be kind and abide by the Basic Content rule. If you are receiving such Private Messages notify me, and I will go into your account and check to see if it is true, and then ban the other member. However you will receive a warning if you are known to fight back. All we need is a first notification, you do not need to send back a PM. After you notify us, and you try to login, and find that your password is incorrect- do not worry. We changed it now for safety reasons, and if you check your e-mail it should have a private message with your New Password, labeled 'New Password for TAOFW'

Profile Content:
Yes, we know you can abuse the freedom of your Profile, but we do still have rules. First off all parts of your profile but follow the Basic Content rules. If they do not you will receive a PM kindly asking you to remove the content. If we see that you have gone on to the forum again and not changed/removed the content it will be forcefully removed and you may lose some privileges. For example if your avatar contains an inappropriate image you will be asked to remove it, if you refuse it will be forcefully removed and you will lose avatar privileges for a week. Same with signatures, etc.
